Teachers, staff, and volunteers are carefully selected by the board to reflect a common commitment to religious studies, an open mind and heart, and a helpful nature to support the project as it grows from stage to stage. To ensure a quality ratio between students and teachers/volunteers, the board will take the necessary steps to recruit and retain a workforce willing and able to promote MLA’s mission.
MLA is proud to enlist local indigenous help in upkeeping its grounds in the garden and offering electical support indoors. It also has utilized the skills and talents of international volunteers who are interested in contributing to the school and learning more about local Malaysian culture and the Islamic faith.
